Service boundary
BookFast provides the account, business setup, access, billing, provisioning state, and supported handoff to an integrated booking manager. The booking engine and calendar manager are externally supplied components.
SMS Bridge is an optional private Android application for transactional SMS. It is not the complete BookFast mobile product or an incoming-message inbox.
Trial, subscription, and limits
The public offer states a 14-day trial that requires a payment card. Unless canceled before renewal, the selected monthly plan continues as a paid subscription.
Solo includes one employee, Studio up to five, and Scale up to fifteen. Bookings, customers, services, and locations are uncapped in the current catalog. Final tax, cancellation, and refund wording is awaiting approval.
Account and content responsibility
Users are responsible for account security and for the accuracy of their business profile, availability, services, prices, contact information, and member permissions.
The service must not be used for unauthorized messaging, deceptive content, infringement, or circumvention of provider and mobile-carrier restrictions.
SMS and mobile carrier
The business is responsible for the lawful purpose and content of SMS, recipient notices or consent, and a compatible SIM plan. Carrier charges, limits, or filtering may apply.
Android system handoff is not always proof of recipient delivery. BookFast presents these states separately.
Approval before launch
The final terms must define effective date, payment, VAT, cancellation, refunds, availability, liability, termination, governing law, and any lifetime-offer conditions.
Until that review is complete, this draft must not be treated as the approved contract for production sales.
