Marketing website
The public site processes ordinary technical HTTP request information needed to deliver and protect the page. Language, color theme, and pricing-currency choices may remain stored locally in the browser.
The site currently has no verified marketing analytics destination. Before optional measurement is enabled, its purpose, scope, retention, and any required consent must be documented.
BookFast account and operations
The app works with account details, business profile, organization membership, plan, billing state, provisioning state, and operational records needed to provide the service and support.
Payment-card details are entered in Stripe Checkout. BookFast works with customer, subscription, and payment status rather than storing the full card number.
Bookings and the integrated provider
Services, employees, availability, bookings, and booking-customer data are managed in an integrated external booking system. BookFast labels the handoff before opening its manager.
The final policy must precisely distinguish the roles of CodeFast s.r.o., the customer business, and each provider, including legal bases and data transfers.
SMS Bridge
SMS Bridge uses a paired Android device and the customer business SIM to send transactional messages. The device does not require permission to read incoming SMS.
Operational state distinguishes queued, sent, and delivered outcomes. Normal diagnostics must not include full message bodies, pairing codes, session tokens, or complete telephone numbers.
Requests and retention
Send access, correction, export, or deletion requests to support@bookfast.cz from the address associated with the account. Sensitive changes may require verification of identity and authority for the business.
Exact retention periods, statutory exceptions, and system-specific procedures require approval before production launch.
